A Sense of Agency

Tapping someone you’ve only known for three months to create a film celebrating 10 years as a production agency might appear risky. However, such free-wheeling decisions align perfectly with who we are, especially when you recognize Justin’s natural talent. Granting him full creative control to define 10 years of Team Bubbly allowed him to craft an expressive, humorous, and often absurd film. We thank him to the moon for capturing us so accurately. 

When we presented the final film to our agents, they promptly dropped us as clients, citing concerns about not being able to rescue our “reputation” and that we were “flushing our careers down the drain.”
